SNAP takes serious responsibility to increase public access to valuable information while observing precautions related to privacy, confidentiality, security, or other restrictions to release permitted by law. The Swaziland National Program will strive towards publishing more information online in an open format that can be retrieved, downloaded, indexed, and searched by commonly used web search applications. The transparency projects and commitments outlined in this section build on the steady progress made over the past two years. USAID recognizes that transparency by publishing high‐value information online and in open formats where available, can be very valuable to staff and partners alike.
